I’ve been lucky to experience so much, but I’ve had my own traumas, just like you have.

I’ve been trained by some of the world’s best coaches and hypnosis experts, and learned to resolve pain and trauma, anxiety and depression.

All my coaching and hypnosis is carried out online, and has been since COVID.

In fact, I've found that online coaching and hypnosis works ever better than face to face coaching because my clients are in an environment where they feel relaxed and at ease, not worrying about driving or parking or feeling anxious in a place they don't know.

Because I offer my coaching services online using Zoom, I can work with you wherever you are in the world, and we can even have our sessions if you're on vacation!
