Many hypnotherapists or therapists use "scripts": pre-written "stories" with hypnotic language to try and encourage you to change.
Scripts can be useful for some people, but I don't believe they are the best or fastest way to create change. Instead, each session is personalized just for you, and because I'm trained in a wide range of different coaching and hypnosis techniques, I can work out the right way to help you achieve the change you're looking for.
